Just been reading threw the reviews... I can relate to near enough all the bad ones!! i think the staff are hopeless and do not help!! also i find them to be very cheeky down the phone aswell... Have been staying in my flat for over three month now with a broken boiler / no hot water / verry bad dampness in the kitchen ... this is now forming to mould witch is making the worst smell ever!! my five year old daughter is not allowed to stay as the dampness goes for her asthma!! i have had countless cowboys out to say they have fixed things only to find out five hour later it is not fixed ...Then back on to the phone to fineholms to get told it is fixed and baseically i am talking rubbish NOT HAPPY!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
get things fixed on time and if they send ppl out please send out ppl that know what they are doing!!
also if they did not seem so arrogant over the phone as they are not the ones staying in a heep!!
