Lloyd has been very helpful throughout the process of moving and afterwards. There were a couple of issues with the flat on moving in, like there being no key for accessing the letter box (we are waiting for the keys to arrive), but this appears to be the landlords responsibility.

Lloyd got us a second set of keys cut for the flat very quickly after requesting them.
