Whilst the registration process was not great as the two ladies we dealt with were rather frosty the experience changed when Chris became our point of contact. We felt like we built a rapport and so when our property came unto the market with Regents we were one of Chris first calls and we put an offer in after the second viewing. Brett became involved at this stage and we were also very pleased with his attitude and willingness to assist both us as a purchaser and the vendor, he treated us both fairly.
