Thank you for your review. However, I feel you are aiming unnecessary fury in the wrong direction. We at Andrew Cowen are only key holders for the two properties within your block on Albion Road, we do not manage the building nor arrange for any contractual works to take place. These properties are currently being sold and contractors are managed by a corporate client whom have arranged all said works.
Your personal managing agent for the block from knowledge is T**** Estates who we have also spoken with an explained the situation which they understand completely. We have asked them to send us before and after pictures of the areas which you state were damaged and still await these to be sent through to us in order for us to send on to the corporate client.
If we can be of any further assistance please do let us know, we have passed your concerns and comments on to the corporate company. However, as stated above we have no involvement within Albion Road nor the arranged/planned works for the block or apartments within it and feel you are blaming us unfairly as, as stated, we have not arranged the works, have not contacted the contractors nor authorised any works, we are key holders only and that is the only involvement we have with your block at this time.
