We were due to move in to our new flat on the 2nd of January but due to our circumstances where we were we had to move almost three weeks sooner. Without any fuss Chloe was able to get the paperwork done in time as well as cleaning, and inventory and the installation of a new boiler, all in a matter of days. Due to our nervousness about our move we were on the phone to Chloe every day, sometimes more than once, but she never lost any of her friendly and polite level of service, and always greeted us with a smile in the office. We would not hesitate to rent a property from Chloe and from Oakfield again, even though we dont plan to move for a number of years. When we do, we will be straighjt back to her in a heartbeat.
