We have been very unimpressed by the service provided by Eagle.
The four households in our building have all reported significant issues, and have this experience:
The team do not answer emails. You must chase them (and even then it's unlikely you'll hear from them). It appears they dodge calls. They are extraordinarily rude (blaming any issue on the tenant, even when it is impossible). The level of care provided by the management has degraded the experience for us, and we will be leaving as soon as we possibly can!

Thankyou to the DPS for seeing the truth and siding with us to get our money back. Shuk the agency is still lying to make himself look good and not to loose his business. If the place was in such a state then why did you lend it to new tenants in a day after! More so why did we not here from you at all if there was a problem and kept avoiding our calls?
