I have already tried going through the branch manager and the area manager. The branch manager gave me his private mobile number to arrange a meeting, and then when I text to arrange this over the weekend, he didn't respond. On the Monday I asked for it to be esculated to the area manager and just got a call from the branch manager, who said his fianc©e also moans about his not responding to his texts.
