I am living the last 8 years in a flat rent to Mavor and company. Since a new guy came into the company that now is the manager I only have problems and issues every time there is any repair to be done. Now it is 2 years and a half, but I have only proved a bit more than one year, as I started to document everything, with a lot of mold under the sink due to a leak. I was forced to open a complaint with the Council of Health and environment and with the Ombudsman services.
They keep saying was condensation, despite the pictures and all the issues and the water.. After official complaints, and mails, it took more than 2 months to send the plumbers, and now is more than 1 and a half months waiting for the work to be done. Even no emails or communications to keep me updated.
Don't take their services as a tenant I am thinking in moving to another flat, despite been here 8 years, the last 4 years, has been hell, but because of the covid and working issue, I didn´t have the time to look for another flat. I lost a lot of time in emails, not only to the letting agency but time with the Council and Ombudsman as I have to inform them of everything.
This is the worst letting agency you can work with.

I just wanted to say how great Mavor & Company have been; consistently polite, helpful and friendly. When our boiler broke you organised for an engineer to come out with great efficiency and everybody we have spoken to/dealt with via your organisation has been lovely....
