This company treat their customers with contempt
Pity I have to give one star in oredr to continue with this review as they dont deserve any.
I cannot understand how this company can treat it's customers with the sheer contempt that it does.
I E mail them frequently trying to get an issue I have resolved but all I get is the automated response saying it will be passed on to the appropriate department.
My complaints have now been going on for over a year.
I have had to resort to contacvting teir Media department as it was only when thjey made contact that I got any form of response.
I have requested a 'Subject Access' request for all of my docum,entation, E mails etc, in order that I progress the matter further formally.
This is my last E mail to their Media Department. Let us see what/if anything, happens next
To whom it may concern
Once again I am still getting no support to gain access to the new My Home system in order to pay my outstanding Service Charge.
For over 12 months now I have had issues with your company and have requested a Subject access to all of my communications in order I take this matter further.
I will obviously not be recommending any favourable comments on media sites in respect of the way in which your customers are treated.
