Awful communications, left hand didn\'t know what the right was doing.
Made an appointment to see them for 3.30 on Saturday and the property had already been let when we made the appointment.
They sent an inexperienced lad who was pleasant enough to do the viewing, but sent him with the wrong key.
2 hours after the viewing I had 3 missed calls and 3 voicemails from 3 different members of staff at the agency.
Very rude on the phone

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have communicated better with us.
The only comms we got were high pressure sales calls and no commas when the property had gone and they did not cancel the appointment we had.
Staff attitude is poor even for estate agents, jackie in particular.
