I didn't buy my property through Stags, but when that nagging thought to sell surfaced into reality, they were the first agents I considered.Why? I guess it was their presence on my usual route into town. Their lovely building, with it's bucolic views over Morrisons car park. Luke came out to see the cottage first and talked me through the ins and outs of the market and made it make sense. Next I was measured and a photographer was dispatched to show off my 'Charming detached cottage in a sought after location' in it's best light. After a year of rummaging around in decorators supplies and applying their products I was very happy with the resulting brochure with it's glimmering photos. Then came the viewings, all through the long Winter, whilst the customers were warm in front of a log fire, the agents stoically braved the elements under Covid restrictions. Being informed of the property and with a compendium of local knowledge they managed to hook a buyer. To this day I'm baffled why the should have a fishing rod with them! Then it was down the crooked path of solicitors and clients, questions and demands, and thank God for Lauren who took me by the hand and led me through that maze. I feel like I have surfaced, blinking in the daylight, at the end of it. Feeling unscathed and grateful for Stags superb service.
