Not impressed. Booked a viewing and received a confirmation email. On the day of the viewing, I emailed to reschedule for later. I immediately received an email stating: “the property is off the market, sorry!!”. This was not true, the property is still listed on Rightmove. So either they lied to me, or they use some properties as catfish..
However, I’m glad that I saw this lack of professionalism early on. If not, I would have wasted my time to travel there and the agent being a no-show, or worse, getting caught up in an AST with an unreliable agent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
