Absolutly disgraceful the way these two [removed] behave while we were renting this property

It is hard to know where to start. The general appearance of the property when we moved in was appauling. It was never pre-clean before we moved in, we had to clear tonnes of the previous tenants decomposing foodstuffs. We were infested with mise that tenant network refused to deal with. As a matter of fact any maintenance issues we had were brushed aside.

On one instance one of the people who was living with us was having trouble with there rent and they didn\'t tell us. As a result we all started getting very theatening letters from then, even though we explained that each tenant paid there rent seperatly. They had even resorted to threatening my elderly mother for a debt that I personally did not owe.

After liberating ourselves from these [removed], our current letting agents had to contact tenant network for a referance and they had the barefaced nurve to say that we were bad tenants and always late with our rent, jeopardising our chance to move. Luckily our current agency had seen past them, and we have since proved tenant network wrong.
