Absolutely appalling customer service and feed back on the letting side, and even the management can’t be bothered to call back when they promise to! Still awaiting a call from the Stef the ‘manager’. Viewed numerous properties to three we wanted and didn’t get, through various reasons such as giving a FAMILY 3 bed bungalow to a single person as there was less traffic on the new carpets, even though we needed a bungalow due to a disabled person needing one level accommodation! Second property only wanted 6 month contract and yet advertised as long term rental! They didn’t tell us the reason for the last one but luckily we have found out it’s due to my husband being disabled. SO WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE USING HEYWOODS EVER AGAIN.
