Initially dealt with a rude Rai rayhan who claimed that he knew from the beginning people like me were not worth his time trying to let to just because I tried to negotiate the rent. I have never heard of anyone never try and negotiate?
We get the property even after this guys shambles of a service.
Few months down the line, the landlady decides to sell the property so gives us a 6 months repossession notice. We had no choice but to start looking for a place to move into at the end of our 1 year contract.
7 months into the renting, on a Saturday afternoon, a man walks into my home with his own set of keys. My husband is at home, unwell, has covid and was napping with my two young boys and he wakes up to a man trying to wake him up. In our bedroom. He wakes up and is scared trying to save our boys from this strange man. My husband's tells him to get out and the man starts telling my husband that the landlady sent him to view the property. He refuses to leave until my husband threatens to call the police.
I have to call purple bricks after my email was responded to with a ' someone will respond to your concern'. I wrote there are to be no more viewings until I leave the property but guess what?
On Tuesday the following week, I am out and I return home to find the door u locked and the man is in there with someone viewing my home. He let himself in the property once again and has the audacity to say to me that he has permission from the man he met the other day i.e. my unwell husband. Did I mention he was in where without a mask?
I wrote a complaint to the complaints department and what a joke, my property manager responds as opposed to one of the managers or someone who is supposedly in charge. She writes, this is a sales problem, we are two separate teams so I'll leave it for them to explain themselves to you but I need you to pay your rent for this month.
The landlady is apparently sympathetic about how I feel that my home is being sold. Are you kidding me? I had no issue with your selling. It's you giving the sales team a key to my home to help themselves in whenever they felt like it that's my problem you pathetic pathetic trash.
No I want purple bricks to compensate me for my loss. I have had to find money to move out, find a place- more expensive, pay another deposit.
If you want a shitty service with even shittier people, then please go to purple bricks to rent a place.
