Unfortunately terrible is the worst option. My time with them has been beyond terrible, I have been ringing them every week for problems to be fixed , and they never do!!! I here them huff down the phone when they know its me and worst of all they con you into huge bills to actually get the house and now I\'ve had to sign a contract saying ill pay them more just to leave... I am going contact my landlord directly next time instead of them as I really see no point in talking to them, waste of space. The only one there who sympathises with you and helps is someone called Stephen I think. He\'s new and thankfully not as uncles as the rest!

If they had actually cared it would have been a start
