When I first phoned prospect in Wokingham Victoria was very helpful and gave me all details over the phone. She emailed me all the necessary paperwork that I had to fill in. She also collected the keys from the old letting agent. Both Victorial and Sarah kept me up to date with who was viewing the flat and their comments. When the last tenants were given their notice by me Victoria phoned me with 10 minutes of dealing with the management team to say that they would advertise the property straight away. Sarah kept me upto date on viewings and the first viewers took the flat. So far I have had the best experience with Prospects.
