Hi Yulia, happy to help you avoid my experience! Basically, got a call from Obbard saying our offer for an apartment was accepted. Following that, we kept asking the agent to send us the paperwork to sign (including calling him multiple times). He kept reassuring us through email that he would send us the paperwork ASAP, but that he was busy (with other customers, “having dinners” at non-dinner times etc). In essence, he kept buying time and leading us on: to the extent that (i) we removed a ...
