Stay well clear of these horrible people they have had my family so stressed threatning us with eviction at the start of the pandemic because i was out of work due to lock down and i spent money doing the garden to make it safe for my kids after asking them for over 3 years to do it even offering to pay half each which in the end had to pay for it all my self fel a little behind on rent but was paying the arrears of soon as i got back to work they then sent us a eviction notice that we had to be out by july because landlord was selling! Went through a bit of personal family issues so was little late handing keys over they changed the locks i borrowed a van to collect my remaining belongings and the locks had been changed finally got access when cleaners were ther to find they had stolen my tools and argued they did not take them until i phoned police 2 mins later they found my tools surprise surprise left us with holes in celing for month we had a leak builder came out put hammer holes in our living room roof left it as that leak in bathroom my sons foot fell through it and hurt his leg still left it for 3 months finally came to do it living 6-7 months with ply wood as our floor still the same when we vacated i got so many horrible nasty emails txts got every photo of the hell hole we were made to live in STAY CLEAR OF THESE CON MEN
