Prospect sold my property for a fair price after only a few viewings. Ross negotiated hard on our behalf to improve the initial purchaser\'s offer and realise the price estimate initially proposed by Prospect. We found all the team to be approachable and professional. Viewings were always managed and guided by Prospect and we felt potential purchasers were well (soft) vetted by Prospect so we knew how serious/viable they were.
