Whilst Gascoigne Pees were not the most competitively priced when looking at agents, they came across very professionally and set out their market knowledge and marketing plans very well.
The viewing and negotiating process was principally handled very well, largely by Lizzie, and we were very happy with the manner in which she handled the negotiations with our buyer.
However, once the sale had been agreed and the process moved to Andrew in after sales, the quality of service fell. It felt that from this point they were working for the buyer and not the seller and it was clear that Andrew\'s main aim, which he confessed to, was to push through to completion as quickly as possible just so he could get our fees on the books for Christmas.
