Never experienced such shockingly awful service in my entire life. Staff are ridiculously rude and lazy and will not make any efforts to get repairs done or contact the landlord. My flat has had no heating for 2 weeks!! I give up hope. Please save yourself a lot of stress and hassle and avoid renting properties which property match manage! All thy so is give out excuses.
