We rented trough Rainbow reid for 2 years. We had few problems in a flat and that was dealt by handy man, everything is" diy", nothing done professionally. So if you need a new bulb it\'s ok but for more serious issues like dump!! -we were blamed, advised to wash it with bleach and so on but it was never fixed. I was always made to feel bad about it by their management staff, like it was my fault. I was shocked by their lack of care for tenants. Once we left we were dissapointed to find their charged us for so many things almost taking away all deposit! They even charged us for repair of things that were never repaired( new tenants reported when we collected our post). Friendly to start with by it all changes. Also at each renewal of tenancy agreement price would jump up!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat tenants with respect! Stop overcharging and charging for repair that you have not made! Do not increase rent at each renewal!
