Tingleys managed our property for several years and the quality of this management was poor. Mistakes were constantly made: eg we agreed to a tenancy renewal for 12 months, they renewed it for 18 months. Once we had to return a tenancy agreement back to them three times there were so many mistakes in it. They never passed on messages to us from our tenant, in the end tenant just came to us directly so we were effectively managing the property ourselves! Staff were also often rude when we contacted the branch.
