We arranged several viewings days in advance before being told that one was no longer available and they were only able to inform us on the day because of the \'adverse weather\' , although there have been no reports of telephone lines being disrupted! Secondly, a further viewing was postponed as \'the tenants were not available\'. Upon passing the property it later transpired that it was empty, unoccupied and advertised as available immediately. It is shame they felt they needed to lie to potential customers without just being honest. This does little to improve trust in this profession.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Being upfront and honest, this is a poor start for future potential customers leaving little faith. Room for improvement in customer service and experience.
