Faruq (Frank), is by far the best letting agent to date. Faruq is a 11/10. He's efficient, organised and supportive. He made our stay incredibly enjoyable and we would look to rent with him and Olympia Properties again in the future.

I am sorry that you feel this way towards us as we had a good relationship during your tenancy.
First of all you were not forced out. I messaged you on 2nd April 2021 mentioning that all the housemates (5 of them) have raised complaints about your aggressive behavior. Prior to the message we had few complaints which I mentioned to you
Your response to your message was that you were not surprised about the complaints and you were already making arrangements to relocate
In regards to items missing from your room which you are claiming that was stolen. Not once have you mentioned this to us, I am not sure why you are mentioning this now after you moved out. The only time we had to go in to your room< I called you personally and you gave me permission to enter the room.
In regards to your deposit being released, you moved out on Sunday 11th April 2021, You emailed us on 12th April 2021 saying that you left the keys and some furniture’s which you valued at £150 would cover the cost of cleaning and repainting. We released your deposit in full without any deduction on 16th April 2021 that’s 5 days after you moved (landlords/agents legally have 10 days to release deposit). You have been contacting us after you moved out claiming that you left a storage box in the room when clearly in the email you mentioned that you have left furniture to cover the cost of cleaning and painting and handed back the key. You contacted us after we had sent cleaners and decorator who disposed most of the furniture and rubbish in the room
You mentioned that despite the property being around the corner from our office it took days to sort any issues. Even though our office is around the corner, we personally do not have the trade experience or qualifications to carry out repair. During your tenancy you had two repair issue. One was the light witch in your room was cracked. Your contact details was provided to the electrician who had to wait for access to repair the issue. The second issue you had was the shower being blocked. Despite have 3 bathrooms in the property we still organized a plumber the same day who was not able to fix the issue as it was a issue with the darin. This required a drainage team to attend who fixed the issue the next day. The blockage was caused due to misuse which we are aware that other agent would have charged you for it however we took on the cost
In regards to other housemates doing illegal activities, again this is the only time you mentioned this. Since this has been raised we will carry out our investigation.
Again, I am sorry that this has come to this as you mentioned we have never had any issue as such during the tenancy and non of this issues apart from the missing box has been raised until now
