Clara was fantastic to work with and went far and beyond any expectations I had. From helping me find good surveyors and solicitors to keeping me regularly updated, Clara was very enthusiastic and always on top of the situation. Absolute delight to work with and cannot strongly recommend enough! Now she is going through lots of effort in assisting with management, safety and furnishing

Hi There. Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to improve and make sure that customers always receive the best possibly service. We always make sure that everything is agreed in writing with a contract so that all parties are clear on what has been agreed. The person you dealt with initially has left the business so unfortunately I cannot investigate fully.
