So i rented a flat with my friend. It soon became apparent that they primary way of making money for this company is through all of the dodgy dealings and grey-areas of the rental industry, such as, over-exagerrated fees, requiring non-returnable funds (£200+) "to secure" the property off the market etc etc. It\'s unfortunate that they want to work like this but more importantly, illegal in many cases.

An example of their behaviour in context:

When attempting to retrieve your deposit you\'ll most likely find yourself in a position of having to prove that the house and its items are all present and in working order rather than the normal way where any faults found during the final inspection would be communicated to you and discussed in a mature way.

Remember: With Zone letting you are guilty until proven innocent in every situation.
