We recently sold our house using Andrews WOT branch. Generally we were happy with the service received. Had a reasonable number of viewings, got good feedback and managed to find a buyer reasonably quickly. However after the sale was agreed, the level of service started to decline a little. We always seemed to be the last link in the chain to find things out eg. proposed exchange/completion dates. And our buyers started making threats to pull out of the sale when we hadn\'t exchanged contracts 10-11 weeks after their offer was accepted, even though we were in a long chain. So either they were given unrealistic expectations of how long it would take, or their expectations weren't managed very well.

Overall assessment: good, but could have done better!
