Very poor service overall. Set strict deadlines for tenants to report problems, & even if tenants inform them within these deadlines they don\'t do a thing to sort them.
Quick enough to take every penny from you for little things, that they don\'t tell you about when leasing, but don\'t provide the service in return.
Take overall room photo\'s for moving in inventory, yet EXTREMELY DETAILED ones when lease ends, so if you lease from them take a picture of every inch of the property, email them constantly re problems and keep records, don\'t phone them to report a problem as they state they can\'t accept this?!
Some staff were helpful and pleasant, others were the opposite and very rude.
Fine Holm are are letting agent to avoid.
What agent could do to change your mind?
listen to tenants provide true and accurate information deal with issues when they are reported and acknoweldge issues

Tenant reports withing 10 days - noted on inventory upon move in, and noted to colleague conducting viewing and still Fine Holm do nothing, therefore perhaps you need to review or uphold your end of the tenancy lease?! Again i state there is ZERO point in tenant reporting issues/filling out inventory if nothing is ever going to get done about it?! I didn't state that changes to inventory were not accepted over the phone, clearly wanted to point out that on move in Fine Holm supply general 'room' shots to tenants, yet on departure 'detailed shots' - it is ridiculous & unprofessional. Your comment re deductions from the deposit, hence the reason for taking a deposit, this actually isn't the case as Fine Holm kept money of mine which was not from the deposit, therefore you are breaking the breach of taking a deposit - DEFINITELY NOT LEGAL. These responses are generic and un-sympathetic to the woe tenants face when dealing with letting agents such as Fine Holm.

We are disappointed to hear your comments- we ask tenant to report issues relating to the inventory report within 10 days which we feel is a fair time frame- other maintenance issues can be reported by phone or by email throughout the tenancy. We will not accept changes to the inventory by phone for obvious reasons. the inventory supplied is the same document used to check you out of the property and if there are differences we will discuss these at that time. If there are issues then unfortunately charges have to be made against your deposit - we feel these are fair and have to justify them to the deposit scheme provider- should you not agree then an independent adjudicator will look at the case. We will adhere to their decision. I hope that explains our position which we feel is reasonable. Should you wish to discuss your case further sally@fineholm.co.uk
