Very poor service overall. Set strict deadlines for tenants to report problems, & even if tenants inform them within these deadlines they don\'t do a thing to sort them.
Quick enough to take every penny from you for little things, that they don\'t tell you about when leasing, but don\'t provide the service in return.
Take overall room photo\'s for moving in inventory, yet EXTREMELY DETAILED ones when lease ends, so if you lease from them take a picture of every inch of the property, email them constantly re problems and keep records, don\'t phone them to report a problem as they state they can\'t accept this?!
Some staff were helpful and pleasant, others were the opposite and very rude.
Fine Holm are are letting agent to avoid.
