Took my keys for viewings. When I decided to sell the property, chased them via 5 emails and 4 phone calls, all of which were never responded to. Apparently they were put in the post, though the post never arrived. Very disappointed. Lots of talk, no action. Sadly my experience epitomises estate agent reputations!

Unfortunately we do not have any control over the postal system and as such are limited to what we can do in respect of this. However as a valued client and as part of our terms of business which you would have agreed to you will notice that firstly we operate a secure key system which ensures that if keys are lost they cannot be identified to a particular property and secondly we will pay for a new set of keys to be cut in order to compensate for the loss. Please feel free to get in touch with us via customerservices@morganrandall.com or on 0207 510 0901 and we will arrange for the key replacement. If you could also elaborate on who you spoke with on the occasions you contacted us we will look into your complaint.
