For finding tenants, I have found the staff of the Torquay office to be helpful, honest and fair, very good at keeping in touch, and cheerful.
For ongoing maintenance, the Exmouth office is in charge. Although they are competent enough, they do not seem very proactive and I would say they are very poor at feedback (after a problem is reported by a tenant, I nearly always have to phone the Exmouth office myself to find out what subsequently happened).
