The staff are obliging and expedited my requests and concerns with professionalism. They are well aware of specific timelines and ensured that issues were resolved efficiently. Should the agent(s)-in-charge is out of office,they would pass the my file to another colleague so as to ensure there is no communication gap, thus this would lead to better rate of resolution. They communicated well with me with regards to repairs to the flats in terms of repair works, tenant issues, council rates and etc. They did not pressure me into using my own handyman or their panel of handyman should there be repair works.
