Minus 100 stars. This company's Lettings side of the business is totally irresponsible, takes the side of violent tenants while it is the house owner who pays them every month to look after the house owners interest. I am not a professional landlord, we are talking about my HOME.
All the internal doors have disappeared, 2 external doors violently smashed, windows smashed and replaced with secondhand rubbish.
Floors ripped up, new kitchen units missing, electrics and plumbing destroyed and illegally interfered with.
A man living in my home who was never a registered tenant (which is breaking the contract and law) and the company has broken the law sending me a database of all its landlords and their personal details.
I still have that email and database as evidence of breaching data protection law.which I will use.
This company should not be allowed to continue trading. They are fighting me, the person who has paid them for years to look after my interests as the house owner, and all they do is fight me and tell lies.
They cared more for the lying tenant and sympathised with her, who they know stole all the paint they supplied to try and cover up the damage. I have all the evidence in writing.
When I moved back into my home I suffered a severe mental breakdown, while struggling alone on one leg to survive. This breakdown has lasted two years with damage to my brain and caused amnesia. Eventually after 2.1 w years it is repairing and my memory is coming back. Thank goodness I have saved ever email, all papers in writing. At last with legal help, this company needs to be made to cease trading for the unimaginable lack of responsibility and damage they have caused. I do not have long left to live but the one thing I shall do before I die is look for justice, and warn other potential landlords that they risk losing everything they have worked for, as I have.

I know the person who wrote the poor review and can confirm everything she says, the house was lovely but after the Fussells tenant it was not even safe to live in. It was totally wrecked and Ruined and uninhabitable.

Our house key was with another agent for over a week No Body noticed it wasn't returned!
