We sold our flat through Samuel King. Stephen was very helpful. The sale was quite protracted because of Covid. Stephen kept in contact with us updating us regularly. We could not have asked for better support & communications. We would not hesitate to use Samuel King again

Provided a valuation of 435,000 vs. 500,000 from all other agencies. I obviously didn't go with them. Received an offer for 450,000 within 3 days. Received another offer for 470,000 within 2 weeks. DO NOT USE this agency - they under-value your property for a quick sale....

Contacted them via Rightmove about a property they had for sale (same day it was listed) - no response. Contacted them again directly -the property is on the front page of their website. No response. We don't need yet more substandard agents....

It is always beneficial to leave an address with regards to which property. It is impossible to answer without this. Although this may have been a property in Poplar of which was replied to and it was made clear the property was vacant and keys were in the office to view. All clients who enquire about particular properties and who are ready willing and able to proceed will view if they are interested. If we were called directly we would have answered, which if it was not the property in question ...

Unfortunately it is not uncommon for there to be multiple offers on properties in certain markets and someone will lose out. If a sale is agreed and then a buyer who lost out wishes to increase their offer or if a vendor has second thoughts with regards to a particular purchaser, we have to act on the vendors wishes as they have the final say. ...

Very poor communication between agency and the landlord. Agents seem to ignore tenants enquiries and surely avoid sorting out issues with a propert rented. Before signing a contract they do promise a slight improvements (repairing a leaking and wobbly tap, window lock, installing railing in ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
It would be just nice to treat people with a bit of respect by making sure that the repairs are done and property is clean for the tenants to move in. Stick to promises given.

We always advise Landlords of a tenants requirements prior to moving in. We also have to wait in non emergency situations for the landlords consent prior to carrying works out as would be a wobbly tap a window lock although windows are self locking and a rail. Please supply your address of the property you moved into. When a tenant has requested furniture to be supplied this has always been supplied and works are always carried out quickly. ...
