Atrocious. Avoid at all costs if wanting to let. They do not manage properties and don't listen to tennent concerns. Don't pass rent on when they have been paid. Charge for work not done. Staff don't have a clue ...

Rang about an advertised property to rent. Luke said he would speak to landlord & call me back. Heard nothing. Rang a week later, he was out of the office & would call me back. Still nothing.
