Just have to say that having four other properties let out across the uk that i get my fair share of services
from letting agents some good and some bad .
In the case of newmans my property has been with them from the offset and the service that i have received from them has been excellant.A case to point out was the fact that i instructed one of their staff called natalie curran to take money
out of last months rent to buy my tenent a couple of decent bottles of wine as a thank you gift from me .It was not until i
received that rent that i noticed that no money had been taken out.Needless to say that i was a bit peeved off about that
as i thought that she had not followed my wishes to thank my tenent .
When i phoned newmans office and spoke to natalie it transpired that as a thank you to ME that she herself
bought the two bottles of wine as a thank you from newmans for the fact that i had been with them for so long .
My view is that i am very quick to criticize when the need arises so it is only fair that when you get exceptional
service as i have in this case that you also raise that fact
Your staff are a credit to your company and i am more than happy to leave my property in your companys hands
