Overall good, friendly staff, mostly fairly quick response times. One small area for improvement is be to have a note of things such as parking restrictions for each area, an issue we had probably would have been resolved faster if parking restrictions had been checked, and I think since there are many Comfort Lettings properties in the area we live, it would be a good idea to have those sort of details to hand.
Have also had a few issues with having to correct Sophie on various details such as the deposit. Nothing has been major, but a little more attention to detail would be appreciated to avoid calls and emails to check that we don’t actually have to pay the deposit a second time, for example.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
