Mum died of cancer shortly after engaging Hoppers to sell her house. I live in Tokyo. Hoppers proactively took charge of the situation. They happily dealt with me through the internet. They had taken the time to get to know my Mum during that brief period and were able to explain her wishes to me. Their local knowledge was invaluable and the source of sage advice to me. They found an appropriate buyer and negotiated in my best interests. They chased solicitors. They arranged to clear the property. They even took the final electric meter reading on my behalf. They exude integrity and trust. I was sad to say goodbye to my new friends at Hoppers. You will be too.

Comment on agent fees
Hoppers had moved to a fixed fee from just taking the first month's rent as their re-letting fee. In recognition of the way they had managed the challenging situation involved in the change of tenant, we agreed to increase the re-letting fee to a full month's rent.
