As far as setting up viewings and general admin before moving into property everything was managed very professionally and well. Upon moving into the property we discovered that the boiler was not producing hot water ( we believe this should have been checked by estate agent prior to moving in) and this took roughly 3 weeks and two visits from gas engineers to correct, an unacceptable amount of time to wait for hot water. After soon heavy rainfall, no fault of the estate agent, the roof began to leak in the master bedroom and then a month or so later the living room also started to leak. Despite countless calls to the estate agent over a period of three months the problem was not resolved and when we left the property this still had not been fixed, kis did send in their pathetic excuse of a maintanance team but only made the problem worse. in full this was an awful experience and I will never even consider letting from this agent again and hope people think twice before letting from them in the future.
What agent could do to change your mind?
When a tenant phones up with a problem as bad as mentioned actually make an attempt to send out a professional worker to correct the problem.
