I purchased a house through webbers bideford in 2011. I found Tom (the viewings guy) to be helpful and friendly. However I had trouble with the office staff putting forward my offer to the vendors, also was very difficult to get updates from them on how things were progressing, andt was difficult to get them to arrange a viewing time in the first place which I found strange as I had had no prior dealing with them before.
It seems to me that I was dismissed as being a \'timewaster\' as I am in my early twenties.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not write sellers off as \'timewaster\' just if they seem young, you dont know what potential buyers you are pasing up on!
