Do not use these agents.
I have been waiting over 8 months for a sensible reply to query about rent arrears.

Each time I am told they are working on it but seem unable to tell me the amount outstanding.

Dear Still Waiting. I am sorry to hear that you have had a problem with rent arrears on your property. There certainly should not be any difficulty in advising you of the amount of the arrears by the tenant or why there are arrears and I am very surprised that you say you are waiting for a response.
