Absolutely terrible from beginning to end. The flat was filthy when we moved in despite paying an extra £100 \'cleaning fee\' which wasn\'t mentioned until the day of the move. I imagine the previous tenant would have paid this too, so there was no excuse. Throughout the tenancy the staff were unhelpful, rude and impossible to contact for the most part, which was a surprise as they seemed so nice at the start. We had outstanding maintenance issues including water leaks, damp from ground water and faulty wiring which were never dealt with. In the end we moved out as we just couldn\'t cope with the stress, poor living conditions and how useless the front office and maintenance guys were. Their answer to most problems seems to be to either cover them up or not call you back. As soon as they have your money, don\'t expect to see them again except for the monthly inspections!

Sort your staff out and treat your customers with the respect they deserve!
