Used Discount Letting on three occasions to let a flat. No criticisms at all on the first two occasions, the service was excellent and all went smoothly

The third time, there was a clear problem with their systems, lots of messages from prospective tenants never got through to me, one person was even told the property was no longer on the market.

No response from the agency to my several emails expressing concern.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to my concerns, and do something to sort out the situation.
