Having worked in this sector 15 years ago, we were beyond impressed with the experience we had with Simpson and Marwick.
From the very first interaction, their approach and professionalism was the best we had encountered over 4 property purchases / sales since 2005.
The whole team involved in our purchase and sale this time round were exceptional – we cannot state that enough.
The pro-active approach to manage expectations was excellent, and is one of the main elements to get right during the stresses of house moves.
We will be recommending Simpson and Marwick to anyone that will listen, and should we ever want to move again (!), there is only one company we will go to.
