I would not list my property through Sandra Davidson. They never pick up their phone and when they do they say they'll call you back and don't bother.
When I did manage to get a house viewing booked, I turned up on the day only to be told they didn't have it in their records and I was unable to see the house.
Plenty of other issues with them but luckily I found this out on the buying side so I steered clear of listing my property with them

Worst experience ever, the agents can't be bothered to turn up to viewings!
I never experienced anything like this, I worked in real estate for over 4 years and never seen agents that aren't bothered to sell a property and actually make money on a deal.
