When we moved in to the property the house was a disgrace the previous tenant left dirty pots all over and dirty underwear which we had to clean. The previous tenant also left a wooden double bed and wardrobes which the letting agency, Belvoir advised that the landlord wanted us to keep. The bed became old and we purchased a new bed, we contacted Belvoir who advised that we were able to bin the bed which we did. Throughout the tenancy we had problems with the hot water, this kept going hot and cold. We rang Belvoir who kept giving false promises. In the end they only fixed the problem because I threatened to stop my payments. The shower was full of mould because there was no ventilation (not what you expect when your paying £525) When leaving the property we did a good clean of the whole house. When we first spoke to Roger he said that the house was clean however on further contact we were told that the house wasn\'t left in an satisfactory state and not how it was when we had moved in and that the bed was not there, I didn\'t know that leaving dirty pots and unclean underwear around the house was classed as clean. They took £150 out of our bond for a bed that they didn\'t buy. They promised to forward post on to our new address which they didn\'t do this has lead to us getting a final bill (which they have decided to send on to us) this has now affected our credit rating all for a small amount of money which we could have paid straight off . They would never ring back when they promised which resulted in me having to keep ringing PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS DESPICABLE EXCUSE FOR AN ESTATE AGENCY
What agent could do to change your mind?
There is nothing the agency could do to ever make me go with them again, even if they had my dream house I will be going nowhere near them
