Agent did not turn up on 1st viewing. Excuse was existing tennant wanted to be present. We had only come 200 miles! Viewed next day but no tenant present - this was obviously a lie/cover up for not turning up first time. Agreed on property and told white goods included but when moved in they had gone and not included. Luckily we bought our own fridge but still had to buy a washing machine. The previous tenant had left alot of rubbish so couldn\'t believe the place had been inspected. Within 2 days the c/h packed up - we had to keep phoning to get something done. We also needed a key for the BT engineer to gain access to the junction cupboard but Agent no help at all - didn\'t want to know. It has taken us 4 weeks to get one from someone else. Just continued stress from day 1 that has made us both ill. Just avoid this Company at all costs.
