Well can I just say I don\'t think Pavilion understand the principles of customer service, their staff seem to find it a chore dealing with tenants. They have been absolutely USELESS at getting anything done, even after repeated emails there is still a large amount of damp in the house and things such as broken windows which are open all the time have not been fixed. Workmen who turn up and take a look at what needs to be fixed then never seem to show up again or have no recollection of what work needs doing. If only I\'d seen this web site before, please don\'t make the same mistake as we did and make sure you AVOID PAVILION AT ALL COST! An extremely poorly run business.
