Very happy with the service received. During a difficult period of both covid and pressure resulting from the stamp duty holiday we were kept informed of what was happening with a particularly difficult chain. As pressure mounted to exchange before our buyers mortgage offer expired we had daily updates. The solicitor acting for the lady we were buying from told her that they were the best agents they had ever dealt with. Happy to recommend Thomas Merrifield in Abingdon.

Try and change to another more convenient time and don't just refuse because it's too much to ask for.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Easy - be flexible in viewing times and realise buyers have busy lives and there lots of properties out there to buy for investment buyers with cash!!
